“The whole house was nice and spacious very clean beautiful interior.
The backyard was not done. Looks like it needs a lot of work. Hopefully the next time I rent, it will be done so I can enjoy backyard in the evenings.
Overall, great house, great value, kind owners will definitely be renting from them again.”

“Property is clean, staff is amazing.
However, there are no amenities. For being such a new property, it has the bare bones minimum stuff. There are no sinks inside the bathrooms. They are outside by the kitchenette. It's fine for brushing teeth , but it sucks ass for shaving and trimming your beard. I've had to put the trash can over the toilet by the mirror to trim and shave.
Then there's the beds. I booked a double room. One of the two beds was bulky and lumpy, because the foam mattress over...

“Everything needs a deep clean, but it's still very good. Very quiet room, perfect bed minus a dip on the bathroom side. Seen this in a few of their rooms. Good breakfast with many options. Wish there was a direct rout from the mall across the street but it's 5 min to go 1 street. Staff was great. Water refill station. Would stay again. ”

“This hotel is disgusting. There were roaches coming out of the shower and sink drains. I had to move rooms at 11:30pm.
There is no bathroom counter space and transits hangout in and around the parking lot.
I immediately checked out the next morning, which was a day earlier than expected. I booked a hotel around the corner which was 1000% better and had parking lot security.
I do not suggest staying at the SureStay by Best Western in Fresno and wish I could get my money back. ”
