“Camera piccola, rumorosa e sporca. Al check in personale molto scortese e come se non bastasse alle 23:00 mentre dormivamo qualcuno ha cercato di entrare in camera nostra perchè la ragazza al check in aveva assegnato la nostra camera ad altri ospiti! Quindi siamo stati contattati dal front desk e costretti a pagare immediatamente la camera alle 23:30 perché si erano sbagliati! Sono stati trattenuti dalla carta di credito 50 dollari di cauzione per eventuali danneggiamenti o fumo la cosa...

“Lenzuola sporche, ho chiesto di cambiarle e mi sono state recapitate in camera Delle lenzuola pulite,ma ho dovuto rifare io il letto. Peraltro il ragazzo alla reception era sorpreso dal fatto che volessi sostituirle. Zona non molto raccomandabile, fronte autostrada, sinceramente Fresno mi è sembrata mal frequentata e degradata dappertutto. Macchina del ghiaccio non funzionante, la piscina era una "pozza" poco pulita che ovviamente non abbiamo usato. Colazione di scarsa qualità e quantità. Non lo...

“The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not much noise pollution which is conducive to restful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Free self-parking. Breakfast is not free, but if you sign-up for Hilton Honors, you and all in your party get a complimentary (very delicious) sit-down breakfast.
