“The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. “The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again.”

“What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds.
Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice.
The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.”

“My family and I stayed for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. Very disappointed with our stayed. The main reason was because when I let the front desk lady know that our toilet was clogged, she was just texting on the phone and didnt even look at me. I keep telling her what our room number was to make sure, but she still keep looking at her phone texting. My wife asked if she heard what the room number was and she replied " yes loud and clear ".
