“Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato prolungato per ben 3 volte e per periodi dai 5 ai 7 giorni consecutivi. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun tipo nell'hotel. Pulizia e accoglienza sono le caratteristiche che meglio definiscono questo posto. Ben collegato dai trasporti pubblici, con fermata della'autobus proprio di fronte all'ingresso e posizionato in un area molto tranquilla con diversi ristoranti posizionati proprio accanto all'ingresso dell'hotel....

“If you don't want to over-spend and location is ok for you, and if you don't plan to spend too much time inside the hotel anyway, then this hotel is a good choice. Rooms are small but have all you need, and there are some 24-hours places to eat closeby. No breakfast served but there is a Mc-Donnalds a 10 minutes (nice) walk away. At €70/night some Singaporean friends of mine actually told me I overspent, but anyway I think it's worth it.”

“Struttura in pieno centro pedonale lungo fiume a Robertson Quay. Vicinissima a molti servizi tra cui la metro a 7-8 minuti a piedi. Personale molto gentile, camera confortevole e pulita, piccolo spazio con piscina rotonda per relax hanno reso il mio soggiorno ampiamente soddisfacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per alcuni aspetti da rimodernare.”

Beyond the quirky and frankly insufferable marketing copy plastered across the hotel declaring how mama loves you and mama likes your smile (what kind of self help book with a bed is this anyway?!), the experience was a masterclass in hospitality no gos. 1. the hotel proudly plasters its PR with promises of a beautiful swimming pool. At arrival I am told that pool won’t be ready till end of Feb. Nowhere was this mentioned online and no discount was offered to make up...

“We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif. ”
