“I wish I’d stayed for a week so I could’ve hiked and swam in the lake. Instead, I was there for a weekend so we took advantage of the bar and the silence of the woods by simply walking through. The staff we met were wonderful: Sean at check-in is gregarious and kind; Beth in the bar is efficient and friendly, as were both bartenders named Mike.”

“The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!”

“We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. The manager helped us find a room on the first floor that was an executive suite. It wasn't meant for a family but we made due. It wasn't clean or...
