“After a terrible experience at the Downtown Inn in Wenatchee, we ended up getting a refund and booking this hotel instead. It was only a little more expensive, but it was worth every penny! “Not very considerate to guests! Room was dirty and grungy. My family was very unhappy and we were not comfortable! We waited outside im the heat with our animals for over an hour. The check in time was supposed to be at 4pm…we didn’t get a room until 6pm! The next day we had asked for a late checkout since we had waited for them the previous day but the owner was not even listening to anything I was asking and was trying to kick my teenager out of the room while we were not present!
