“The hotel experience was not what I expected checking in was an obstacle staffing. Did not know what they were doing. The room was small and I reserved a room, but two beds but I got a one bed. Bathroom sink has a slow drain flooring was dirty and old and needed to be replaced. I booked the hotel based on the reviews of the pool, but the pool was not working the best thing about the hotel was the food The breakfast was amazing and the staff serving was amazing .”

“Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday.”

“This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more... We will return every time we are in Wenatchee. Thank you so much staff at Clarion. I did not get the young lady's name...

“Staff was friendly. The room was okay. Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen but for the price it wasn’t bad. Sheets were clean and soft. Parking was easy and location was ideal for downtown.”
