“I only have one small complaint about our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge - the mattress needs replacing (it felt like falling in a hole). Everything else was wonderful - clean, comfortable, welcoming, attractive. Loved welcome basket and lots of towels. Setting is lovely and nice comp'd breakfast at Apple Valley Cafe. Would gladly stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful time in the super clean cabin. It was nicely decorated and had lots of household items for us to enjoy some home cooked meals while vacationing. Close to the Smokey Mountain National Park gave us lots of outdoor activities that we enjoyed ! We also also had the treat of seeing a momma bear and her four cubs while soaking in the hot tub! Loved our stay!”

“The location was great though getting there was a little challenging cause of the GPS issue. The cabin is beautiful but is not properly maintained. The outside deck was dirty and the deck furniture was dirty, old and needs replacement. Also inside the cabin, the sofas need to be replaced as they are old and smelly. Even the mattresses and blankets smelt bad. We also found a lot of bugs inside the cabin. Also no WiFi and no mobile phone coverage in this area. Overall not a great...
