Mountain Cabin Getaway w/Hot Tub & Fire Pit!

Vacation with a view at "Mountain Tops" in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains inside the Laurel Valley Resort! This cozy cabin features 2 bedrooms with a loft sleeping area, 2 full baths, foosball table, games and stunning Smoky Mountain vistas. Take in the scenery from around the fire pit or the front porch. For an even closer look, enjoy a hike in the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enjoy a round of golf with stunning mountain views and the clubhouse bar. At day’s end, recharge with a dip in the hot tub followed by a movie on the big-screen TV in the living area.

In the summer this cabin is visited often by bears so please keep windows and patio door closed.

THE PROPERTY:
This cabin has two levels. The main level has a living area, kitchen, dining area, bedroom w/ king bed, small walk-in closet and bathroom with walk in shower.

The second level has a bedroom with a queen bed and small walk-in closet, a loft area with a full size and twin size bunk bed with a second full bathroom. The loft area also has a foosball table and board games.

The cabin is the perfect vacation rental for a family get-together! Venture out and play a round of golf at the Wild Laurel Golf Course, explore Cades Cove, or take a trip to Dollywood or Gatlinburg - there is something for everyone! After an action-packed day, recharge in the private hot tub or bring the crew inside to host a game night!

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest paid golfing with stunning mountain views and clubhouse bar.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, fireplace (November - March), 6-person dining table, foosball, board games
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, Mr. Coffee maker, Keurig single cup;
GENERAL: small washer/dryer, towels, linens, starter pack: 1 roll paper towel, 2 rolls toilet paper in each bath, dish soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags
PARKING: Driveway (mild incline) or park in front of cabin for level gravel area; room for a motorcycle trailer.

Peaceful cabin stay

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The time was relaxing and the cabin is comfortable for 4 adults. The cabin has room to accommodate more with an open area with bunk beds, but we didn't need to use those. There is no outside grill, the foosball table was missing a ball so not able to use, and the indoor fireplace was turned off although listing indicated it would be on at that time of year. These are small things that can be checked by owner, but we still enjoyed our stay a lot. Easy check in and check out. This cabin looks good in pictures and in person.

Great Cabin

We stayed several nights and really liked the place. It was very clean, well-equipped and had a nice homey feel. After a long day hiking, the hot tub was very welcome! We would come back.

We enyoyed our time at this cabin. The town was quiet and easy access to the national park, wears valley, pigeon forge and Gatlinburg without the traffic!! The cabin had enough privacy. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. The fire pit was also added bonus for enjoying the outdoors. There are a lot of steps into the cabin. This was not an issue for us. The driveway is steep but there is parking at the bottom of the drive if needed and the roads leading are not crazy mountain roads. Cabin had everything needed!

Beautiful cabin with a great view

The cabin was perfect for our family adventure and had a great view of the mountains from the front porch. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. It's only a five minute drive to Smoky Mountains National Park.

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was well stocked and furnished and was so peaceful. Best surprise was the view of the mountains from the front deck.

Nice Location, Customer service lacking

This house is convenient to town. The house was in good shape. There are numerous steps to get into the house. May not be ideal for mobility impaired. The house was not clean upon arrival. There was a towel hanging from the second floor balcony and underwear on the floor under the end table. The water pressure was very bad. We could not run the dishwasher and any other shower or faucet without the dishwasher making noise. The TV setup was frustrating as it ran off of the internet that needed reset frequently. There were cigarette butts on both the front and rear deck. Be cautious of the petty charges for items that the cleaners claim they had to do or claim were not done when leaving. I took pictures, like I do at every house, when we left. I was charged a cleaning fee for things that were clean when we left. I have pictures. It is a shame. I would have considered staying here again if not for the petty charges they tried to say we were responsible for.

Wonderful cabin on the "peaceful side of the mountain"

Top notch cabin, terrific decor and space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Far enough away to feel out in nature, yet close enough to have passes for the Country Club pool. Really Terrific, would stay again.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved staying in this property. It’s so nice and quiet and secluded but also not far from things we wanted to do. We visited Cades Cove, The Tuckaleechee Caverns, hiked, and enjoyed food at The Peaceful Side. We so enjoyed having this home base for exploring the nature at our finger tips. We also appreciated that we had access to the swimming pool at the nearby country club. It was quite a hot week so we really enjoyed having that opportunity. I am thankful for the easy communication with Linda who made sure we were well taken care of.

Great getaway!

The property was great! Very easy drive to the Smokey Mountains and hiking trails. Location was perfect with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit just about every night!

Nice cabin

Cabin was great for us (two couples). We wanted a cabin that was in the Townsend area. It was all we needed and more. We had one problem with the heat - it was taken care of the next day, which was a very prompt response and we appreciated it

Family Fall Break

Our stay at Mountain View cabin was wonderful. The cabin was clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was just what we were looking for (10 mins from the National Park, Lauralee Fall, caverns and many walking trails).

Wonderful cabin, nicely laid out

Such a nice cabin and great layout! There was plenty of space for our group of 5 - two nice sized bedrooms and a perfect loft with an extra large bunk bed and even a foosball table. The kitchen is nicely appointed and living room area was comfortable for an evening movie. We loved the hot tub and fire pit as well! The driveway and stairs up are extremely steep and not wheelchair accessible, clearly, but no different than the photos. Location is easy to find and close to Townsend and the Tuckaleechee Caverns (our favorite!). We would happily stay here again!
