“La nostra cabin era molto bella internamente e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo il ristorante Appalachian Bistro. Unica pecca un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. ”

“The view was great. You must be able to carry your luggage 200 feet across a broken flagstone path to reach the property. You must navigate by flashlight at night. Nice, private location but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Could use some updating.”

“Cabin floor dirty - used a-tips, Bobby pins, etc on floor which tells us floor was not cleaned; trails are not easily accessible; felt restaurant food was priced too high. ”

“Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”

“This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....
