“A/C did not blow cold air Cigarette butts every where parking lot, outside rooms, breezeway Non smoking room smelled like a smoking room Took our bags every time we left the property did not feel comfortable Bathroom was dirty and fixtures were loose Shower rod broken water everywhere when taking a shower I would not recommend this location to anyone. The old adage is true you get what you pay for. DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The smell was so bad it burned our eyes. It may have been mold. I went to the front desk to let her know that there was no way we can stay. She just stared at me and offered zero solutions. The one chair in the room was covered in stains. The floor was sticky and gritty. The room looks nothing like the photos. Maybe 10 years ago! I ended up canceling the next night but they did not refund the first night. The photos on Expedia are not...

“What a great destination! The rooms are clean and new. This is a motorcycle museum wrapped in a motorcycle inn.”

“Close to downtown, lots of food options nearby, clean, very nice staff, good breakfast. Quiet, even on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay again. The pancake place across the street is amazing.”

“The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!”
