“From the moment we booked our stay until the time we left the property everything was perfect. They have a flawless check in routine and made sure we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. “Insufficient parking for all booked guests. Under major renovations that caused access problems on all floors. Staff had no regard for people having to park on the street instead of within the gated area and were rude about it. Gym can’t be called a gym with one piece of equipment from the 70’s and a cardio machine. No actual restaurant on premises.”

“Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all”

“The bed was messy and dirty. The bedsheets were not washed. Many things in the room are very old and need to be replaced. The bed frame and mattress need to be replaced. ”

“There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area”
