“The bed was messy and dirty. The bedsheets were not washed. Many things in the room are very old and need to be replaced. The bed frame and mattress need to be replaced. ”

“There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area”

“Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all”

Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a drinking cup provided, which is something you expect as a standard. To make matters worse, the heater was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also no elevator, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. “Very clean and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast and coffee/water was enjoyable! Every interaction with all staff were so nice. Would recommend and would stay here again.”
