“Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. How it has a 7.4 rating is unbelievable. We had room on 5th floor and there is no elevator. Hot water not working in shower. Bed is a 3 inch pad on a steel frame and you can feel every bar underneath pad on your body, sleeping on floor would be better. No tv, and room looked tired and run down. I stayed one night and couldn’t wait to get out of there. ”

The staff are friendly. down: The hotel is located far from the city center, it's far from the bts metro station too. There are no English TV channels. Poor room sound insulation.”

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Location is quiet, and close to monorail. It's located in a Thai neighborhood so you are close to a lot of tasty local food stalls that are very affordable and 7/11 close by for day to day items.”

“The photos are deceptive. The rooms are small and dark. We didn't get a drop of hot water while we were there, or anyone to clean our room for the weeklong stay. Apparently, that is extra. We checked out 3 days early, and they refused to refund the difference from our shortened stay. ”
