Villa Casa Blu is a building with a modern design that plays on the strong contrast between white and blue, the colors of the sea that best interpret the island's atmosphere. The Villa covers an estate of about 800 square meters. The entrance gate leads to the parking area and the main entrance of the house. Inside, you enter in a spacious living room with dining area, comfortable and elegant sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with shower and the laundry area. The living room has three large glass doors to have access to a large covered terrace, furnished with table tiles and sofas, overlooking the pool and the surrounding landscape. On the first floor there are four air-conditioned double bedrooms with terrace, three of them with sea view and one with mountain view, and two bathrooms with shower. Each room portrays a Sicilian atmosphere through the contrast between the white and the colors of the island: the yellow of lemons, the green of the countryside, the blue of the sea, the turquoise of the sky.
Outside there are the swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by green olive trees and fragrant Sicilian jasmine plants. From the pool you can admire an incredible panorama of the Sicilian countryside and the blue sea. The pool area is furnished with chaise lounge, shower and bathroom outside. Relax in the pool is guarantee as you will find the bar area with stools and set up with comfortable sofas in the shade of the olive branches, in which is possible to enjoy fantastic cocktails and snacks at all hours of day and night. There is also a field to play bowls, very shady thanks to the dense surrounding vegetation. Near the pool there is a large patio with outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, oven and barbecue. The patio is furnished with table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. Behind the patio there is the garden with seasonal fruits, whose products are available to guests.
