“The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours!

The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened...

“Checking in and out services were very quick. Receptionist spoke both English and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food served changed slightly everyday. The staff were friendly and they have separate pool hours for covered women. They also have a children area with activities daily. And they have a shuttle to Forum Mall. Excellent hotel.”

“It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room”
