“The property was very nice and modern. My main issue was in the room. The view was amazing but the windows were really dirty and they took away from the view quite a bit. The bathroom toilet had a hair on it when we first used it and there was a substance of some sort dried on the wall of the shower. “Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. “Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.”
