Hotel vicino a Trampoline High - Miami

“Hotel molto carino, abbastanza pulito e vicino all’aeroporto. La colazione è molto ricca. Il personale gentile e disponibile. L’unica pecca è l’ascensore…se si ha la camera ai piani alti ci si può ritrovare ad aspettarlo per un po’ prima di scendere..”

“L’hotel era chiuso e non ha nemmeno avvisato o cancellato la prenotazione. È stato trasformato in Covid hotel. Il problema è che poteva avvisare i cancellare la prenotazione invece mi sono trovato davanti a hotel e non mi hanno fatto entrare rimanendo in mezzo alla strada con i bagagli. Inoltre i prezzi degli altri alloggi erano il quadruplo e nemmeno Expedia ha saputo aiutarmi dicendo in sostanza di arrangiarmi ”

“Horrific! Dirty and disgusting. The room and the whole property were filthy. The whole building was sweating; the walls and everything in the room were wet or damp, with water droplets on the ceiling dripping unless you had the A/C blasting on the lowest setting all the time. Water in hallways, on the floor, in the elevator, which was filthy, too, by the way. The motel should be closed due to health concerns.”

“Not clean, had light that didn’t work in the room, found baby roaches in the room, and it smelled like mold and like they tried to hide the smell by cleaning around with vinegar but the mold smell was overpowering. Left immediately.”

“When we arrived for our stay we went to the lobby to ask for a wheel chair because I just got out of surgery the front desk informed me they did not have a wheel chair. I then asked for a room on the first floor since a wheelchair was unavailable and they stated they couldn’t accommodate that either. We were placed on the 5th floor in the handicap room which fine but did not make any sense since they didn’t have a wheelchair. We then asked for more pillows they didn’t have any either, the phone...

“Not a hotel for families. They’ll sell you two queen beds and you get two double beds (smaller). Bathroom is really small. Hotel surroundings smell really bad. If you are travelling by yourself and want to save a couple of dollars for one night then is fine. In conclusion, not up to the standard for a aloft hotel.”

“Everything went smoothly at this hotel. The room was clean, hallways were quiet, and the staff was friendly. The tables downstairs were helpful for eating takeout. The area is also amazing.”
