“The pool and the maintenance man (sorry never got his name) was our favourite part of our stay. He was such a friendly welcoming face everyday. The pool was so fun for my boys! They had lots life jackets we could use (we had our own but it was a nice touch for people flying in), and floaties for the kids to play with. Rooms were clean, affordable price and friendly cleaning staff. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. ”

“It’s looks a bit older and run down a bit, but the room, though small was comfy as was the bed. Staff were great and a good vibe. Has a pool so kid friendly. No elevator. ”

“The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street. ”

“The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. Both restaraunts werevery good, both with the food and staff.The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and it wasvery quiet around me. ”
