Hotel a Transdanubio Centrale

"Third visit to this hotel in five years (I come to Budapest for business twice a year). Modern and functional hotel, but the rooms could be upgraded with few more amenities. A refrigerator is missing, a kettle is missing, and a comfortable seat is missing for the table where who's travelling for businness usually has to sit with a laptop. Excellent Wi-Fi signal. Cleaning was decent (but a piece of paper that had fallen under the bench remained there for the entire stay (three days). In terms of food, I found a significant decline compared to other visits. Breakfast was plentiful, but of only decent quality: using frozen fruit instead of fresh is already depressing...but at least defrost it properly!! (Unacceptable) Coffee with a nice quality (rarely for hotel breakfast..) Staff helpful and nice at the reception, less (far less..) at the restaurant.. "

"Passato la settimana scorsa due giorni in questo hotel. camere discrete.Colazione Buona. Empatia del personale pessima. Avevamo contattato la struttura per chiedere una camera senza moquette (causa allergia) e non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta cosi ho dovuto passare il weeknd imbottito di antistaminici. in verità la camera senza moquette c'e stata offerta sul posto ma con un addebito del doppio del prezzo della camera che avevamo acquistato. per cui fuori budget."
