“This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12”

“Great breakfast!! Had a restaurant, Lombardo’s, downstairs. Did not get a chance to eat there but the food smelled good!!! Nice pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room! Would definitely stay there again!!”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.”

“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

“The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.”
