They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. “Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Skiurlaub oder sonstigen Urlaub in den Bergen. Der Skilift ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Restaurants und Geschäfte im Ort sind in ähnlicher fußläufiger Distanz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und im Wellnessbereich kann man nach einem Skitag gut entspannen.”

“Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! ”
