“Easy access to main road into Greenville and north into North Carolina to see the Dupont State recreational forest and Wheels through Time motorcycle museum. room had all the necessities. A smart TV is available but we always bring our own Roku.”

“This was an easy 5-10 min to Downtown. Very close to Swamp Rabbit Trail to bike or walk. You could even walk to cafe which is right on the bike path. Store and Cafe have everything from snacks, fresh fruit to coffee. There are stairs up to the house. Path isn’t good if someone has a wheelchair or walker. There are a few Kids Books and games. New appliances, microwave and reg coffee maker with a pod coffee attached to it for either usage. Water in shower was hot. Cold AC with temperature control....

“The unit was spotless and communication was excellent with getting checked in. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The home was off of a main road so there is some noise, but it’s close to downtown which is convenient.”

“My son stayed here for 3 months during a summer internship. The location was perfect for him at a great price. It was close to his job and convenient to stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during his stay that were addressed very quickly by the host. I would recommend this property and would use it again in the future if the need arises.
