“When we first arrived they didn't give me the room I asked for 3 months ago when I made the reservation, they should of let us know that the hotel was booked for a convention for narcotics anonymous, the hotel was full of skechy looking people , I wasn't comfortable waking alone in the stairwells and hallways, there was dogs and smoking of everything at every door way.

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for.
