La casa è un affascinante 3 camere da letto, 1. 5 bungalow di campagna con bagno con vista e accesso alla baia ovest e minuti a nord di Traverse City, AFFITTA SABATO A SABATO. Posizione difficile da battere. Svoltare a destra fuori dal vialetto e 3 minuti a TC o il sentiero tortuoso o girare a sinistra e prendere la M-22 per Charming Suttons Bay. Dall'altra parte della strada da un parco stradale raramente utilizzato per l'accesso a West Grand Traverse Bay. Marina per il varo o bellissima spiaggia pubblica e area ricreativa a pochi minuti di distanza. Abbiamo aggiunto tutte le nuove finestre con schermi, i lati nuovi e le portefinestre, le scale dalla cucina insieme a nuovi arredi per il soggiorno. 8 posti letto comodamente con un letto king, queen, estraibile e letti singoli. Questa casa è stata ristrutturata alcuni anni fa e comprende pavimenti in legno di noce e rovere. Due kayak, (basta attraversare la strada) e 4 biciclette incluse per l'uso in bici in città o saltare sul sentiero aspro per un giro e un picnic. La casa ha arredi di qualità in tutto e tutto il necessario per goderti la tua esperienza nel nord. Backyard ha grill a gas, pozzo del fuoco, tavolo da picnic. Ottimo posto per una coppia (s) o vacanza in famiglia. Voglio che tu, i tuoi amici e la vostra famiglia facciate gli stessi grandi ricordi che la mia famiglia ha fatto negli anni visitando la zona di Traverse City. Spero che questa casa ne faccia parte. Durante l'estate il soggiorno minimo è di 1 settimana. Mi sono trasferito qui nel 1969 e sarei felice di condividere con voi tutti i grandi spot e le attività della zona che rendono questa zona così speciale. Rimarrai senza tempo molto prima di finire le cose da fare qui in vacanza. Cerchiamo sempre di migliorare la casa. Per il 2019 stiamo aggiungendo amache e ampliando il cortile dietro casa e aggiungendo nuovi mobili da esterno e pozzo del fuoco. Apprezziamo molto i tuoi commenti e suggerimenti.

Memories ad Bayshore

Our stay at this property was easy going. We had no plans or places to be, so one shower was fine for 5 people. The house was clean, but it is an older home so you have expect some imperfection's. We arrived during a bit of a heat wave, and though the house has a/c the upstairs bedroom was hot. We had to freeze the people on the lower level to get it tolerable upstairs. The heat also caused the house to be musty. Once the temps cooled that got better. We had a problem with the grill, but Chris remedied that same day by showing up with a brand new grill. He is super responsive and easy to work with. Our only real complaint is that 4 out of 5 us woke up with backaches. The mattresses really need to be replaced. The location was fantastic. The beach across the street is very rocky. You have to go way out to swim. We saw people swimming, but we mainly used it for rock hunting.

Bayshore Memories is a true bungalow getaway. Perfectly located on the NW side of TC and the bay. Very easy to navigate and enjoy all the area has to offer.

Summer family vacation

Our family came up for the 4th of July week to stay. Great place to stay. Enjoyed our coffee every morning out back and watched all the birds. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and was nice to have wood provided! Extra nice to be able to store our bikes and kayaks in the garage. Chris was alway a pleasure to speak with and always willing to help! Great location for all the hot spots in the area! Made for a great weeks vacation!!

Great location

This was a great cottage rental. Close to everything that you would want to see. Traverse Bay view. Gorgeous sunrises. Public access across the street. Very nice backyard area. The only disadvantage is that it is on busy M-22, but location, location, location.

Perfect Location and Great Host

Chris is the best. Very informative, great suggestions about the area. We had never been to the area before and he gave awesome suggestions of drives and places to see. House was cute- perfect for our stay. Will definitely be back!

Good location

We were up for Memorial Day weekend and to run the bayshore half marathon. Perfect size for the 4 adults and 2 children we had and a good location to go explore the peninsula or head in to downtown or the other peninsula easily. We were able to use the kayaks one night and enjoyed the fire pit another night and the kitchen had all we needed to make some meals at the house. Great sunrise view across the street if you’re up early.

Cute Home in Great Location

I have family in the area and have visited Traverse City many times - This is a very convenient location to downtown, and both Leelenau and Old Mission Peninsulas. Cute house that’s cozy and well maintained. Also dog friendly! I’d absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Place!

The home is immaculate with comfy beds and the property is very well maintained. The backyard features a fire pit and a picnic table with grill. The location, across from the Bay, makes for beautiful mornings. It is a short (10-15 minutes) drive to most of Traverse City's shops and restaurants. While the home is located near a highway (Route 22), we were not bothered by the traffic or noise, which ebbs and flows (mostly ebbs). All in all, highly recommend this property for your trip to the Traverse City area.

Great location

Our family loved the house and location. The kids (5 and 12) really enjoyed the bay access across the street and having a fire pit in the backyard for the evenings. It was nice of the host to provide the ingredients to make s’mores! The location is a short drive to many great places to explore and eat. Would love to come back in the further!

House across from the lake

The house is in an amazing location, you can sit on the porch and see the lake across the street. The check in process was easy and Chris was readily available and flexible with our travel plans. There was s’mores ingredients and firewood waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch! The only thing I would say that could be improved is that the shower had some mold on the wall that was triggering some allergies in our group and seemed like it should be cleaned prior to the stay but overall it was a great place in a great location!

Some good things, Some not so good things

This was our first time renting a home. Our first impression of the House is that it was very cute and centrally located to activities and near restaurants. Any and all amenities / conveniences you could think of was available for use. The Host, Chris was very quick to respond to my text when we had an issue. When we arrived, the window in the living room was left open and we quickly discovered why. The House is pet friendly, which is also a reason we choose this location, but there was a terrible smell in the living room (thank goodness there was bathroom air freshener that we could use). There was also a large amount amount of dog hairballs in the living room (cleaning crew definitely did not clean the floor or vacuum the rug in the living rm). The bathroom could use a makeover, but the shower/tub area definitely needs a good cleaning to remove the black spots overhead. In general, the house was surfaced cleaned/picked up, but overall cleanliness of the house was not good.

Charming litttle home

Chris was very responsive to my emails and suggested some great points of interest to see during our visit. It's a charming older home with lots of character. The morning sunrises were beautiful and backyard fire pit was perfect for the chilly September evenings. Chris even left us smore making supplies :) The location of the property is perfectly situated with easy access to everything. The traffic can be a bit loud at times, but we were out and about during the day and only home in the early mornings and evenings, so it wasn't a major issue.

Great getaway

The house I set on a main road but it's not extremely busy and once it's after dark it quiets down very nicely. Nice nature views, close to town to make a quick trip. Very good dining options close by also close to public beach and play ground. Definitely would rent this house again

My family and I stayed for a week here. It was the perfect spot. So close to everything. Chris has always been very attentive to our emails. He was very quick to act on an issue we had. Very happy staying here.

Great location close to Traverse City, winery’s, Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Great property very comfortable we has 6 people at one point with plenty of room. Chris was a great host I would stay here again for sure.
