“This hotel is lovely! The rooms are large and comfortable with a small refrigerator and a microwave. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast menu and that it was delivered to my room on time. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here if in Traverse City.”

“Very nice property. Very clean, rooms are nice and staff is friendly. The only negative I didn’t like was they started cleaning up the breakfast items at 9:35 and by 9:50, there wasn’t much left out. When breakfast is open until 10 AM, you should be able to walk in at 9:50 and still have breakfast items available, not just scraps and a few things out. To clean up so early does not cater to the guests who are staying, it just makes it easy for staff to have everything closed exactly at 10.”

“The room is very nice and clean. Great view of the Lake. Parking was perfect. The cookies in the evening were a great perk. The only complaint we had was the spiders outside on the deck. There are so many spiders that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We even went to store and purchased bug killer. It helped for a day but the spiders came back. They need to hire an exterminator. Hotel is great though. Perfect location. ”
