“Great place to be able to relax and enjoy some time off and to know that when you have any questions or concerns the staff is great help and friendly. One if the first things in the morning we enjoyed was that you have your choice between hot or cold breakfast very good and some fresh fruit and my grandson liked having his choice of cold cereal or hot cereal sitting by the fireplace eating was enjoying breakfast what I liked was you could sit by the fireplace at any time and enjoy it ....

“Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

“The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new.
Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room.
