Have your very own slice of Up North paradise with private East Bay beachfront. Adorable beach home built in 2013. Open floor plan, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Open concept living room/kitchen with water facing large windows and slider. Master Bedroom has stunning views with access to the covered back deck. Adorable boardwalk from the house to a deck on your private beach. Tucked into a quaint private road neighborhood just over 2 miles to downtown! Half a mile to the TART trail! Stunning sunrises!

Bedroom 1- King bed, Master bath with shower en-suite and dual vanity, access to deck.

Incredible beach home

We had an amazing stay. The house and beach are beautiful, the listing pictures do not do them justice. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, towels, family amenities (baby cribs). The house is conveniently located near downtown Traverse and the many wineries. We cannot recommend this host enough!

Great home, location, and views of the bay!

The home and property were very clean and well maintained. The private beach was perfect for a family vacation with plenty of space for our little one to play in the water and sand, and the views of the bay were beautiful. Also just a quick drive to front street and all of the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfection

I have stayed a lot of places in TC, and this was by far my absolute favorite! The location was perfect. The beach and water were great for kids and adults. The house was beautiful and clean and fit our group wonderfully. All the amenities you could need! Hoping to come back and stay in the future!!

Terrific Property Made for Great Vacation

The house was terrific. It was well supplied ans Shanon made sure everything was in order. The outdoor amenities were great, from the Solo fire pit to the furniture to the kayaks and paddle board. We are already talking about taking another trip there in 2026.

Private Well Appointed Property in Central Location!

Very clean with all the modern amenities we needed including filtered water at the sink! We were on a business/vacation trip. Shannon was very responsive with all our inquiries. Home is centrally located and can get to the downtown area, airport, marinas or wineries relatively quick. Beautiful sunrises on the private deck and beach! We will be back!

Great stay in Traverse City

We had wonderful stay. The lake front was wonderful and perfect for 6 adults. Location was very close to Traverse City and easy drive to other must see sites. House was well equipped with everything you will need and then some. Shannon was very responsive and helped us with a Brew Tour.

Traverse City Gem!

As a horse mom, I have been to Traverse City many times and have stayed at a wide variety of rental residences. Without a doubt, this was THE BEST. While it’s usually just my daughter and me, we brought the whole family and my brother’s family. Shannon’s home was perfection. Immaculate, well-appointed, stocked with all of the necessities to make every generation happy - lounge chairs for the adults, TVs and ample outlets for the teens (and their phones) and sand toys for the little kids. I would highly recommend Shannon’s home.

Shannon was immediately responsive with any inquiry. Her home was welcoming, the amenities were beyond what would be needed by any guest, the sugar sand beach and beautiful bay views were extraordinary and we hope she will welcome us back to her Paradise.

Great Visit to Traverse City

Very clean home with private beach access. We really enjoyed our time in TC. Home is centrally located and can get to the downtown area or wineries relatively quick. Would stay again!

Family vacation

This house is exactly like it is advertised and so much more! It’s beautiful and immaculate. The lake is gorgeous and the kayaks and paddle boards are wonderful for the kids. Everything has been thought of in this rental. Well stocked kitchen, it has basics too, like salt and pepper and cooking oil. It also has two blow dryers, and extras galore. It was relaxing and close to anything that we needed, including groceries, shopping and a little bakery. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet and quaint. We used the beach stuff and swam a lot. We also went to front street for cute shops and nice restaurants. We had 3 kids with us from 18-10, and they all enjoyed this hike and had a place to sleep comfortably. Speaking of sleeping, the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever! It’s perfect after a long day on the lake. Love this house, would 100% recommend it, you will be glad you did!

Fantastic beach cottage

Lovely property. Our 3 year thoroughly enjoyed playing in the backyard and on the private beach. There were lots of beach toys at the house which we really appreciated and took advantage of. Great location close to grocery and restaurants

Great location, hosts and house!

This is truly a great find. The pictures are completely accurate and don't even fully highlight how great of a review of the East bay you have with your private beach. The house was spotless and Shannon was very responsive to messages and willing to go out of her way to ensure we had a great time. My guests and I had a wonderful long weekend and would without a question recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Fall 2021 Getaway

We have stayed at various VRBOs around the country and in Europe and have always had good luck. This property though was exactly as advertised and perfect for my wife and I plus our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 1/2 and 8 month old. The walkout beach was awesome for the kids plus we took advantage of the kayaks and SUP. The house was immaculate, the views and sunrise were something to behold. We stayed 5 nights and had a fire on four of the nights on the beach with a view of the stars.

Beautiful Bayside retreat

This well equipped, beautifully decorated home was the perfect place for our family (Husband & I, 2 adult children/spouses and Grandma /Grandpa) to meet up for a long weekend. The proximity to downtown TC was fantastic and of course the bayfront location was not only beautiful but super fun with the beach, kayaks and paddle board to enjoy! Definitely a great place for a family or friend group!!

Beautiful, welcoming home in perfect location!

We walked in and the first thing my daughter said was, “Mom, this place looks like you decorated it!” So, as you can imagine, we immediately felt at home here. The house was mperfectly arranged and stocked for our family. I am somewhat of a neat freak and I have been burned by VRBO’s in the past not being up to my standards. This home lived up to my expectations. Everything was clean, and in working order. The location on the beach was superb and offered an awesome start to the day and amazing sunsets at night…even a good lightning storm while we were there. Views are superb and we had to keep reminding ourselves it wasn’t the ocean! I am grateful to the hosts for offering their beautiful home, with exceptional amenities, and true and honest hospitality for our celebration of our daughters birthday. We hope to be back again to enjoy your wonderful state!

Peaceful home right on the shore

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is perfect. The patio by the water was our favorite place, very peaceful. We even tried a quick jaunt on the available paddle board. The host had a thoughtful welcome basket with local favorites waiting for us. The location was near Traverse City, winery/cider mills and within 25 min of Sleeping Bear national shoreline.
