Enjoy this custom 2018 Traverse City home nestled on 5 private wooded acres. This stunning retreat offers a Jacuzzi hot tub, game room with a 9-ft Peter Vitalie pool table, ping pong, and TV. You'll love the sleek, fully stocked kitchen and the spacious master suite with soaking tub. Just minutes from Bass Lake, beaches, wineries, parks, and only 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City—your perfect launching pad for all your up north adventures! Only 30 minutes to ski at Crystal Mountain!

You will have the entire house/property to yourself!

This home features our favorite mattresses and bedding and our favorite ping pong table! Relax on the porch with secluded forest views.

We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

This is a clean, quiet, well-designed home that our family enjoyed for a week. Everything has been renovated recently.The three bedrooms on the main floor had comfortable beds and storage for clothes. We've stayed (and cooked) in a lot of vacation rentals and this home's kitchen was better stocked than any other I've seen. We enjoyed the easy-to-use hot tub and the ping pong table in the basement. It was nice to have somewhere to hang out when people were sleeping upstairs. The area west of Traverse City is really nice because it's quick to get downtown but also to Glen Arbor or Lake Ann, while being more secluded to enjoy the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this home for families.
