  • Condo unit 302 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Fun little getaway

We stayed here to run the bayshore half marathon and this place was perfect. Just 3 miles from where we needed to be for the start of the race and also very clean and good to come back to, to relax

Very nice two bedroom two bathroom condo. Kitchen was tight but well stocked with nice appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend trip to the beach in Traverse City

Impromptu trip to TC during the Cherry Festival! Property was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. Close to town and all the great activities TC offers!

Perfect Getaway

I stayed here with my husband and parents for a wedding nearby. It was perfect for us. The upstairs area was huge!!! The balconies had a great view!
