Questo cottage ha una posizione eccellente su Silver Lake, a Traverse City. Si trova su .85 acri con 108 piedi di facciata diretta. Silver Lake è un lago di 600 acri tutti gli sport. Si tratta di uno dei più bei laghi interni a Traverse City. Il cottage diventa sole tutto il giorno (ma ha anche zone d'ombra), e poi si è in grado di guardare il tramonto. Si può camminare a destra fuori dalla casa e camminare direttamente in acqua (senza scale per andare verso il basso o strade da attraversare).

Il cottage è dotato di due camere e un bagno. E sei posti letto, con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto livello principale, e due letti full-size nella camera da letto soppalco. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ha anche una lavastoviglie. C'è una lavanderia nel cottage, a vostra disposizione. C'è una canoa, pedalò e paddle board a disposizione per gli affittuari di utilizzare senza alcun costo. C'è un bel deposito che ha giochi da giardino / giocattoli da spiaggia. Vi è un grande pozzo del fuoco. Il cottage è dotato di Wi-Fi, cavo, e 37 "a schermo piatto, unità di CA, giochi, un sacco di parcheggio.

Abbiamo un pontone di 20 piedi con 50HP disponibili per il noleggio:
$ 300 al giorno, $ 550 per 3 giorni o $ 925 per l'intera settimana (Questo è più economico di tutte le società di noleggio in città). Si prega di informarsi sulla disponibilità per le date del viaggio.

Il cottage si trova in un'ottima posizione di Traverse City, dove ti senti come se fossi al nord, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Traverse City.

Great house / location

My best friend and I stayed for a week for a mom vacation and we had the best time. Lake and beach area were nice and clean. House was perfect with plenty of supplies. We were close to everything which made going out and having adventures easy.

Great Cottage Getaway

The cottage was cute, clean, and had just about everything we could ask for! The frontage was nice and flat and the water stayed calm in the cove area. The water was pretty and clear but also very shallow even well past the doc so we would take the boat out to deeper parts of the lake to swim. We were able to rent one of the pontoons for most of our stay which I would highly recommend. There was a paddle boat/boards and a cano free of charge but if you want to get around and see the entire lake you will want something with a motor. But my husband found fishing to be good right off the dock where he caught a few good sized bass.

This was the perfect spot for our family of5. Check in was so easy. A few minor mishaps but the host was very helpful. Silver lake is great I will say the bedding could use some updates. I didn't love that. There were not mattress cover/ pads on the beds but that would be an easy fix! Overall would for sure recommend

Great Cottage

Wonderful cottage. Clean and well maintained. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Kids enjoyed the paddle board and peddle boat. Bonfire pit and backyard was beautiful!

A great getaway lakefront cottage

Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, silverware and cooking pots and pans; bedroom was clean and pretty roomy for a cottage of this size; door code much better than having a key; great view of Silver Lake, and conveniently located near all TC has to offer. Thanks, Lauran and Nick!

Clean Cozy Cottage

The cottage has a beautiful setting on the lake; it was clean and well stocked with books, games, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. A canoe and paddle board were available for use, at no charge. Pontoon boats are available to rent from the owner at a very reasonable rate. Lauren was just outstanding in responding to our questions and needs.

Awesome place to stay! Lauren was amazing! Rented the pontoon for the day, weather wasn't the greatest that day, dreary and chilly. Rainy the next day. She was nice enough to let us keep it throughout our stay. The third day was sunny and beautiful!! Perfect 💜

Nice little cabin

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was small but had everything that we needed. It was very clean and minimal stairs to the lake. The view looking out the kitchen window was amazing.

Amazing Location!

Silver Lake cottage is a fantastic place to stay on your visit to Traverse City. Great location to downtown, amazing lake to be on and plenty of room for our family of 4! We've rented a lot of VRBO's and this one was super accurate to description and one of the best experiences with communication!

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It’s very open spaced , with good beach access ( flat ) . The lake area is nice and calm - great for paddling. Nice fire pit area , and a sun shaded deck for dining and sunset watching . Location is great - It’s a short drive into town . This cottage has everything you would need! (the ceiling to the upstairs is a bit low) Lauran is a great host and very attentive to questions. We would stay here again !

Everything was very simple..which i like..lol the house was clean..nice set up..and the view is everything! If i had any complaints, it would be the pots and pans are a little out dated..very much used alot..lol but overall stay was wonderful, and i would totally go back!

Nice place, great location

We stayed at this property for a few days in the fall. Great to be right on the water and close to Traverse City. The updated portions of the house were great, but the kitchen and pots/pans really need some improvements. Overall a nice cozy place to stay.

Awesome lake cabin

We just loved this cabin! It’s much more spacious on the inside than you imagine. It had every cooking utensil you could need. The water view was great. Definitely rent the pontoon. Tubing is so much fun! The only bummer for those of you with small kids is that the lake is very mucky at this property, so your kids won’t be interested in swimming at the beach.

Great family vacation home

The house was the perfect size for our 4 person family. The house was super clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the peddle boat, sand toys, and the firepit the most. The kids loved the upstairs loft. The water was shallow enough for our 5 year old to stand up at the end of the dock. Our only complaint was that the lake bottom was muddy and we sank into it more than expected. The home is in a great location- close to shopping and a short drive to Traverse. Definitely recommend for families!

October visit to Silver Lake cabin

Location is great with a wonderful view of the Lake. Surprised to find that the dock had been removed and all watercraft stacked. Not a big problem, but would like to have been given a "heads up". Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Up North Getaway

Spent the holiday weekend at this quaint cottage. It was exactly as described. We rented one of the pontoon boats and enjoyed cruising the lake. Cottage was close to town with lots of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.
