Welcome to “The Marina,” a beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of Traverse City. Featuring a sleek kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and private garage parking, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience — close to local wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
All three bedrooms are located on the third floor:

- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus Pack ‘n Play and high chair for families.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, and cozy décor.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to host up to 8 guests plus an infant comfortably — a rare find in central Traverse City!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The home offers two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor. The primary ensuite features a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, while the second full bath offers a shower/tub combo. The half bath off the kitchen adds convenience for group stays.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect space for gathering. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a blender, and a dedicated coffee & tea station. Families will appreciate the children’s dinnerware and high chair provided.

Enjoy meals at the island (seating for 2) or the dining table for larger groups. After dinner, relax in the inviting living room featuring a gas fireplace, Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your account), board games, and children’s books. Step out to the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the fresh Traverse City air.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below!

1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster)
2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only)
3- Grocery store lot one block away

Second assigned spot: Directly behind the condo in the parking lot (marked “958”).

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation!

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

Pets:
We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.

•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up deification immediately.

The location made it easy to go places without going through downtown. The condo was clean and had lots of little extras like baggies, containers for extra food, etc. They responded as soon as you called if you needed anything. There are a lot of stairs, a flight to go in the condo and a flight for the bedrooms but all in all I say 5 stars.

Terrific property for a family/group stay. The hosts thought of everything, from pet needs, games, and a fully-stocked kitchen (yes, a pizza cutter!) to little dishes on the bedside tables for jewelry. My friends and I absolutely loved it. Close to everything, very clean and plenty of room to hang out during downtime. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Well appointed condo that is thoroughly updated. Communication with owner/manager was outstanding! AC broke one evening and they had it fixed within an hour or so. All questions were answered almost immediately. Would stay at one of their properties again!

Beautiful Traverse City Townhouse

We loved everything about this unit. It was beautifully furnished, open concept for living room, dining area and kitchen area. Extremely well appointed, and cleaned to perfection. Half bath on the main floor. The garage was an extra added bonus, especially since it snowed most of the time we were there. The location was perfect. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a grocery store, downtown shopping and restaurants. Also, close to Lake Michigan. If stairs are an issue for you, please note that you do walk from outside or garage up a full flight of stairs to the main living area and also, another full flight of stairs to the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us. We were a bit confused about the entrance to the unit but that's probably because we didn't read the instructions from the Host carefully enough. The Host was very helpful from booking through and beyond the end of our stay. It was reassuring to know that we could call at anytime for any help we may have needed. We strongly recommend this beautiful unit and we'll definitely stay again.

Very nice condo. It was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. There is a lot of stairs being that it’s a 3 story building. There was a very nice grocery store with in walking distance. A grill would have been great but I don’t know where you would put it. Thank you we had a great time!

Amazing place

We stayed here with our 2 college kids and it was an exceptional experience. It was the best vrbo that we have booked. So very clean. The place is beautiful with such attention to detail. From the beautiful pictures on the wall, the soft sheets and bedding to the bathroom amenities (soap , shampoo, body wash, cotton calls, q-tips, even dental picks). The kitchen is beautifully stocked.
