Torch Lake Sandbar Directly Across The Street With Outdoor Dock Slip Unit B

Recently remodeled! This quaint two bedroom one bath duplex style home is located on the beautiful Torch River Bayou. It is across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar. With the pullout couch this apartment sleeps six people. If you are a larger group we recommend renting out both units. Two cars are allowed per unit. Trailer parking is available offsite.

This is a weekly rental from mid June-August that rents from Friday to Friday. Outside of these months shorter rentals are allowed.

We recommend taking your boat to enjoy the gorgeous Torch water. We do have a rental pontoon and tritoon on the property so feel free to inquire about rates and dates for that also!

Please note that this unit includes the outdoor dock slip. If you are looking for the unit with the indoor boat house slip please book Unit A found under property # 2062886

What is included?
-An outdoor boat dock
- 4 Kayaks on a first come first basis

We do not allow pets, smoking, fireworks, or outdoor fire-pits. Please note there are outdoor surveillance cameras for your added security.

The rentals are in walking distance of ice cream, pizza, a restaurant, and liquor store. The rentals are 5 minutes drive from Alden, 15 minutes away from Elk Rapids, and 35 minute away from Traverse City. This area has attractions for everyone. Wine tasting, breweries, golfing, hiking, shopping, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and boating are just a few attractions.

Property owners and boat slip renters do access the boat house. The upper deck on top of the rentals are included however the rooftop on top of the boat house is not included in the rental.

Only issue we had was "loud walking" neighbors, but we knew this was a duplex and this could have been a possibility. Location, the property and Torch Lake were awesome. We will definitely be returning. Megan and her dad were very helpful and great to work with.

Simply gorgeous. Every detail was perfectly decorated and comfortable. Meagan was such a warm and inviting host. This visit was for my birthday and while the weather didn't cooperate, the condo made up for it. I will definitely be back. I have a new favorite place to stay!

The property was great. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly. The location was fine. The only complaint I would have is the speed and limited visibility of the traffic on the road between the property and the public access beach. It seems that the local authorities need to find a way to control it a bit better.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Fishing, boating, sandbar! The chain of lakes is beautiful. The house had everything we could need and was very comfortable for a family of 4. Great restaurants in the area. The dock was nice to have for our boat. The hosts were onsite and so accommodating. New friends were made and the trip was a blast.

Everything about this location is PHENOMENAL. Beautiful property both inside and out. Everything you need is there. Clean, stocked and location to the sandbar is right across the street. We rented both units for 4 couples and it was just perfect. We will definitely return next year. Thank you for hosting us.

First Time to Torch Lake

The space was perfect for out family of 5. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures! We were about 20 feet from the Torch lake public beach access! It was so easy to walk across the street with the kayaks or paddle boards! We rented a boat from them as well and it was super clean and worked great! The location is amazing and walking distance to Johnny’s restaurant and other grocery stores! It was perfect! So easy and they were so responsive to any questions! Upstairs outside space was amazing with views as well!

Torch Lake Vacay

We had an amazing time. The property was just as described and decorated so cute. We had easy access to Torch lake and the river. We rented the pontoon from the owners for 2 days, Our trip was cut short one of the days due to the wind and the property owner refunded us some money. It was totally out of their control and we understand that they did no have to do that. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend - don't hesitate on this property.

Love love love this lake!

Looked forward to our revisit of Torch Lake from spending many summers here with my mom and dad as a kid. The upper deck on Crystal Beach condo was absolutely a joy to stay at! Very pretty and so cutely decorated. Meagan, Ryan and Joy were wonderful as hosts and had amazing hospitality for us all week! We loved easy access to the boathouse and traveling down the bayou to Torch River out to the lake each day- such pretty colors of blue! Sandbar is as amazing as always. We will rent again for sure <3

Great location and place to stay !

We had a fantastic time at torch lake and surrounding area this past week . The property is a perfect location at the lake , directly across from the famous sandbar. The owners of the property were amazing as well and the place was extremely clean and newly renovated with a beachy feel . The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and everything needed to make our meals and feel at home . The upper deck was great to sit at and relax and enjoy and even warm up by a fire when nights would get chilly. Everything was wonderful and we’ve made some good friends along the way 😊 thank you for making it such a great stay ! We will be back !!!
