Sandy Beach! Pool, air conditioning. Traverse City studio condo on the Bay

This great main-floor, studio condo, located on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay with stunning blue waters, sandy beach, and gorgeous skies. We now offer two Pointes North condos!

This condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. There is a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and general kitchen items.

There is a sliding door out to a small patio facing the water. In addition to the sandy beach, you have access to the complex's outdoor heated pool (seasonal), community fire pit, and volleyball court. There is no breakfast included with this condo.

This location allows easy access to Traverse City attractions including boutiques and shops, restaurants, wineries, and golf courses. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo.

No pets are allowed for guests per condo association.

The property was very nice! The door chain was broke (hanging out of wall) but I had the deadbolt, so it was fine. The shampoo and bath soap container in the shower was empty but I found the additional bottles under the sink, so I used those. I love dogs so it didn't bother me but was surprised to see dogs staying at the property and on the beach. Having a grill on the property would be an added bonus for cookouts. Some were using small grills on their balcony, but I saw where that wasn't allowed so I didn't bring mine. Also, not having a washer and dryer for wet suits and towels was a little bit of a pain and since they weren't provided, we didn't always have a dry beach towel-and it's a pain to put on a wet swimsuit -LOL, but we got by. Overall, I would definitely come back.

This was the best vacation. The location was perfect. Beautiful beach area. Everyone was so friendly and we would gather at night by the fire pits. The room was perfect and my kids loved the jet tub! You have a pool and rentals for fun activities were a few hotels over. So close to downtown also. The best location.

Quiet and private beach and pool

Though Traverse City is under major construction and crowded, this place is so peaceful. Private patio and step right onto grass, then to sand and water. Chairs provided. (The coffee pot takes Keurig K-cups.)

Best Relaxing Getaway

My sister and I took a 4 day getaway to just do what we wanted, when we wanted. We are both 50+ and 60+. We had never been away just for a girls trip. The room was delightful and overall perfect for what we needed. Bed was very high, but comfortable, commode very tiny and no safety bars for help. (just something people may need at our ages. Everything from the decor, location, and kitchenet was so charming. Perfect location, quiet area, location to private beach and heated pool. I will definitely be back with more family to enjoy this beautiful property and view.

Perfect Room for our Romantic Getaway from Home

The night fire was a neat addition. The heated swimming pool was a great way to end our day after a walk along the beach. The hot tub was nice to relax our muscles feom thw busy day. Great location and perfect for our getaway. Having a pin for checkin made it super easy with no hassle and you still get all the same amenities the hotel offers. Very clean. We wouls definitely stay here again.

Nice beach

REALLY PRETTY SETTING, facility was clean. One thing to not the in suite tub the drain was plugged and would not seal. This was probably as people washed their feet after being on the beach, people are pigs.

Perfect spot to rest between soccer games.

Pretty Nice Place

We enjoyed the location and the beach but there were a few unfortunate issues. The Jacuzzi tub was not useable due to hair and gunk coming out of the jets. The air conditioner was excessively loud and vibrated the wall so much that we had to turn it off at night because it was too loud to sleep with on. The TV randomly would turn on numerous times throughout the night and wake us up, the only resolution was to unplug the TV. Not a bad place overall, just a few issues that made a big difference in the enjoyment of our stay. Fix the issues and I would recommend staying here to others.
