Summary:

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this is the perfect spot to kick back, while being close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer. This first floor unit has easy access so you can walk right to the room with close proximity to the parking lot. Restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, and beaches are all nearby and awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City.



The Space:

This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.



The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.



In the living room you will find a pullout sofa, additional seating, and a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.



**There is a Smart TV in the living room for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**

Nice condo in a great location. Checking in and out was a breeze. The property manager was so easy to work with too and not having to do anything when we left was wonderful. The space was clean and spacious for our family and dog. We will be back.

Wedding Event June 21, 2025

Hello Riley,Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay for my daughter's destination wedding! The place was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. A heat wave came in and the air conditioning was a plus and greatly welcomed. My daughter's dog was part of the wedding and we were able to keep him with us. The doorwall right out to grass and woodchips was perfect and the near by doggie bags and trash can made the whole experience so easy to care for him. The parking was close to the doorwall and the ease of un/packing the car made it so easy. There was hardly any traffic noise on the weekend, but on Monday morning it could be heard for a period of time. I had light ear plugs and slept right through it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the perfect place for our trip and memories!

Good location for taking day trips

Our plan was to take daily trips and the location of this apartment was good for that. Also it is close to downtown but not walkable. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and nice washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this apartment.

Great Trip!

The layout of this condo was excellent for our family. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. It was close to the bike/walking path. Clean and spacious.

Check in and out was smooth and none intrusive. I had to request for the signed agreement, it did not go through the first time. The place had a strong unknown smell that we had to buy a spray can to sanitize it. Security to the outside door can be improved by installing a lock and safety feature, a stick by the door is not safe to me. Over all a very comfortable stay.

Pretty good place

Host/management is very on top of anything sent to them. The property was clean and had all the extras needed, kitchen utensils, etc. A previous review alerted us that we needed to bring outdoor chairs, which we did. It would be nice to have those. The property is close to a main street so there is some traffic noise especially in the morning. The only issue was the hot water. It never seemed to get very hot and to take a shower you had to let the water run for quite a while just to get luke warm water. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Perfect size and location for us

Great location and perfect size for our family. The furniture was comfortable too, including the beds. It was great being on the TART. I would make one suggestion- add another comfortable chair in the TV/seating area. It was a bit tight with all adults.

Great condo!

We had a great time in this condo! It was very close to everything we wanted. It was super clean and awesome that we could bring our dog. The only I would change would be it would have been nice to have outdoor chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

The location was perfect for us. Minus the traffic from the construction, everywhere we went was within 15min. Everything was clean upon entry. Responses were very quick. All around a 5star stay.
