Benvenuti nel nostro cottage fuori dal corridoio M22

Vieni nel nostro cottage per una vacanza estiva o autunno get-a-way. Costruito nel 2012, il nostro cottage di famiglia è vicino alle spiagge e alla città di Francoforte. Con quattro camere da letto può ospitare fino a 9 persone. Il cottage è dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici, attrezzature da cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tre bagni e mezzo, asciugamani, lenzuola e teli mare. Piano principale: camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, cassettone e armadio. Appena fuori dalla cucina a vista, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo è una veranda con schermo. C'è un mezzo bagno accanto alla lavanderia. Al piano superiore ha tre camere da letto, due bagni e un soggiorno. Due delle camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. Un comò è in ogni camera da letto per il vostro uso. Il soggiorno al piano superiore ha una TV nella zona salotto e un tavolo da gioco per fare puzzle o giocare. Il cottage dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, piano cottura a gas, lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV, internet, camino, barbecue a gas e parcheggio per un massimo di 4 auto. Questo cottage è un ambiente NO Smoking e NO Pet. Situato a un isolato dalla M22 vicino a Crystal Lake e al Lago Michigan (a pochi passi). È solo tre miglia a sud sulla M22 per la città di Frankfort per ristoranti, shopping o una giornata in spiaggia sulla spiaggia di Frankfort. Presso l'ufficio CSA è disponibile un pass settimanale per la spiaggia del Crystal Lake della Congregational Summer Assembly (CSA). Verificare con l'ufficio CSA per le tasse.

We had a restful and enjoyable three-day weekend in this beautiful house! The kitchen was so well equipped, it was better than my own! Enjoyed the short ride to downtown Frankfort to wonder around the farmers market and small business. Awesome property!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very accommodating, spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked with any type of appliance you might need. The area also has lots to offer- we enjoyed several of the restaurants in town and also enjoyed several hikes in Sleeping Bear Dunes. Highly recommend this property!

This house is fabulous! It is exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything that you need. The beds are comfortable with plenty of space throughout. Four women stayed and not one complaint. That is saying a lot! We would love to stay here again, if we come back to this area.

The host/homeowner continued to wow us a second year in a row. We had a wonderful time - and SOOO easy. The kitchen/entire house isbetter equipped than our home. The personal touches - welcome gifts, toiletries. all kitchen/laundry items are ALL provided. The home is immaculate and set up for easy transition from our home to vacation home.

Approachable Luxury Summer Vacation

The property is exceptionally high quality and beautifully maintained. The floor plan includes an open format kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for eating and socializing. The kitchen/bathrooms/and laundry room were generously outfitted with all the needed supplies, had high end appointments, and felt like home! We very much liked the location - walking distance to Crystal Beach, a bike ride away from downtown Frankfort, and convenient to Sleeping Bear Dunes trails. Joanna and her team offered such kind hospitality: acknowledging our daughter's upcoming wedding with a lovely wine basket; gifting us a gift certificate to a fabulous Italian restaurant in Frankfort, and even custom thank you notes to remember our stay. We recommend this home without ANY hesitation and hope we can return.

The cottage provided a great place to hangout, before a family member participated in the Ironman. The layout was perfect for family dinner and football viewing, while she relaxed before the race. It was in the perfect location to allow for extra rest, before her race.

Fantastic in every way!

We enjoyed everything about this property! All 6 adults in our group were more than impressed. Location: only about 5 minutes from Frankfort, but in a woodsy area. Deer visited the yard more than once. The house: beautiful, with quality furnishings. Every item you could think of has been provided; attention to detail is incredible (I.e. well-equipped kitchen, with a printed guide to help you find everything). Comfortable beds. Beautiful well-functioning fireplace. Spacious, relaxing (and clean!) screened porch. Cleanliness: spotless everywhere. A great home base for all the fun things to do in the Benzie/Leelanau counties area. We would all return to this lovely home again!!

Wonderful summer vacation home!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! This is our second summer staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is very convenient to the CSA and the lake. The home is very spacious, kitchen is well stocked, and Joanna is very accommodating and responsive. We especially loved having the fire place as this summer we had a few colder rainy days during our stay. Highly recommend! Thank you Joanna!

Friends reunion

This was the nicest property we have stayed in since our group started meeting 10 years ago. It was immaculate, spacious, very tastefully furnished and decorated, and the kitchen in particular was amazingly supplied and organized. A peaceful retreat for sure.

Fantastic place

Our family has been coming to the area for over 40 years and this is the nicest "cabin" we have stayed at in the area. Everything was extremely clean and there is plenty of space for the family to hang out, play cards, etc. It is perfectly located to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future!
