The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. “The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again ”

“Great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Small things make all the difference and the experience was consistent all through the hotel. From a personable arrival at reception, giving me all the relevant info (last orders, gym opening times etc), friendly gym staff and great customer service and meal in the restaurant.
