“Fantastic location close to a few stores and restaurants. Very helpful staff, a nice breakfast assortment and comfy beds and clean rooms. Well worth the cost.”

“Lots of excitement noise coming up the hall from the pool. From 6am to 10 pm Saturday. Seemed to be about one pool party there each day I stayed. You may want to request a room in another wing. Breakfast was great though and staff more than willing to ensure a good stay.”

“We were upgraded to a suite, which was huge. Very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was fine, typical hotel breakfast including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, but the breakfast lady was amazing. It's not in the heart of the city, which we were perfectly happy with. Easy to get to places like the Reversing Falls or some of the public beaches.”

“The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children ”

“Fantastic hotel. 2 stars, perhaps, but 5 star stay and here's why. The staff: polite, friendly and appeared to really enjoy their job and coworkers. They were happy to answer my questions and offer assistance. The property: well kept, clean and safe with plenty of onsite parkingincluding reserved spots for 1st floor suites.. The room: absolutely updated furnishings, clean linens, fresh paint and an updated clean bathroom I wasn't afraid to take a shower in. The TV and internet worked well...

“Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. Longer stays...
