“The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well.
The check-in time mentioned on their website was incorrect (it's actually 2PM) so I was charged an early check-in fee, but the owner personally reached out to me and refunded this amount after I pointed it out, which I thought was a really sincere gesture.
Overall, I found the staff unusually friendly, polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Hyderabad for a US visa...
