L'Instant Canal welcomes you for a stay just a 2-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This regional gem offers you the chance to explore on foot or by bike, or even enjoy a drink and a plate of tapas at sunset while taking in breathtaking views of the canal—all while soaking up the tranquility of the South. You can also visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, just 10 minutes from the cottage, or Lac de la Cavayère. Its location is ideal for travelers seeking both peace and exploration. Shops are also nearby (supermarket, bakery, etc.). On the property, you’ll find a private terrace along the banks of the Aude River, complete with patio furniture and a barbecue. The cottage features, on the first floor: _an entryway leading to the garage, which includes a laundry area with a washing machine. The second entrance leads to the cottage’s living area, which features a fully equipped, built-in kitchen as well as a living room with armchairs, a sofa, and a TV; the entire living area is air-conditioned. Access to the terrace and garden is also via the entryway. Upstairs: _a bedroom with a 160-size bed, _a bedroom with a 140-size bed and a small walk-in closet, _a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A garage is available for a compact car, but there is also a public parking lot right across from the cottage. You can also stroll through the owners’ large garden, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay; for children, there’s a soccer field next to the garden.
