Villa storica in vigneto con piscina e vista

Una villa storica con PISCINA PRIVATA con bordo a sfioro e vista sui vigneti circostanti, sull'Etna e sul golfo di Catania.
Villa Eremo Sant'Emilia domina la sua vasta tenuta e offre ai suoi ospiti un giardino ben curato e ampi spazi per pranzi e cene all'aperto e relax. Alla villa è possibile organizzare cene self-service e un corso di cucina di piatti tipici siciliani, arricchiti dalle erbe aromatiche raccolte direttamente dal terreno circostante.

La piscina privata, ad ingresso graduale, è perfetta per i bambini e per rilassarsi al sole, e vanta un angolo idromassaggio.

La villa è composta da un edificio principale e una dependance, ubicata a circa 100 metri.

EDIFICIO PRINCIPALE:
Presso l'edificio principale troverete 4 camere da letto con bagno interno. Un secondo soggiorno con TV può essere trasformato in una quinta camera da letto con divano-letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo al di fuori della stanza.
Tutte le camere e il soggiorno si affacciano su un grande terrazzo con vista sulla piscina e sulla costa, ideale per pranzi all'aperto.
Accanto al soggiorno si trova una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie. Le scale portano ad una sala lettura con un altro terrazzo e una vista ancora migliore.
Sia all'interno che all'esterno c'è spazio per cenare insieme attorno a un tavolo.

DEPENDANCE:
Ci sono due camere da letto, un bagno completo di doccia, un soggiorno con cucina, e una terrazza.

La piscina può essere riscaldata da PANNELLI SOLARI fino a 5 gradi sopra la temperatura esterna permettendoti di goderti una nuotata anche quando fa un po' più freddo. Poche giornate di sole consecutive garantiscono il funzionamento ottimale del sistema ecosostenibile di pannelli solari che riscalda la piscina.

La piscina privata con bordo a sfioro dispone di minibar e angolo idromassaggio.
È aperta dal 28 marzo al 7 novembre e può essere riscaldata dai pannelli solari fino a 5 gradi in più rispetto alla temperatura esterna.
La piscina misura 8 x 20 m e la sua profondità aumenta fino a 140 cm. La parte più bassa è ideale per i bambini.

Perfekt opphold Med leiebil så er denne plassen perfekt for hvem som helst. Helt fantastisk fin plass. Bildene lyger ikke. Kort vei med leiebil til 2 flotte små landsbyer (5-10 min). Veldig behjelpelig eier med familie. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Really good for big groups. A lot of social areas and relaxing atmosphere. In the surrounding towns very little tourist so a real italian holiday. The chairs and outdoor table was a bit old. When closing the shutters the bedrooms got really dark and it is a stone building so cold if you keep the doors closed during daytime. Good service and help when needed.

This is the best villa I have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is amazing and the grounds have everything you need. We came as a group of 16 and it was more than big enough. We will definitely be coming back.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Ausblick an dem man sich nicht satt sehen konnte. Ein weitläufiges Gelände mit viel Ruhe. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, nur etwas zu kalt. Die Duschen waren etwas dreckig, aber alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

If you're looking for a stunning location with amazing views and amenities, this is it. I stayed here for a family holiday of 10 people and it fit us just right. I would recommend the local winery Vini Eudes for a tour - it's a ten minute walk from the property. I would also recommend hiring a car if you stay here as there is very little public transport. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious property for a secluded getaway.

We stayed at Villa Eremo Sant'Emilia as two families, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning — spacious, peaceful, and with breathtaking views of Mount Etna. The pool is fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and there’s plenty of room for kids to play and adults to unwind. A special mention goes to Salvo, the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is excellent as well — out off the main track but a great base for visiting nearby towns and attractions around Sicily (Etna, Catania, Taormina, Syracuse, Noto and more). We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort, beauty, and convenience all in one place!

Die Villa hat definitiv einen charmanten, altmodischen Touch, der zur Atmosphäre beiträgt. Die Ausstattung war genau so, wie erwartet - nichts fehlte. The villa is in such a beautiful location with stunning views of both Mount Etna and the coast. It is quite isolated so a car is a must. That being said, the villa is very well equipped for cooking, laundry etc. so as long as you're well stocked you'll be fine!

Our family of 12 had a fantastic stay at Eremos Sant Emilia. It was perfect for us. The pool and the garden were a highlight, absolutely stunning with great views of the towns and sea below and Mount Etna above. The house has everything you need, with 4 spacious bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the Annex. There were also plenty of living spaces, which was appreciated with such a big group. The family that run the Villa were great, very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend.

9 friends rendezvous in Sicily. Kitchen could have been better equipped with items for cooking meals. Property grounds were being upgraded. Great communication with hosts. Nice local host.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (14 personnes, 8 adultes, 6 enfants). Pour un grand groupe, il y a le château et une petite maison chaleureuse à 50m. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques avec de beaux jardins et une superbe piscine à débordement (trop froide pour nous en avril). Nous avons aussi pris un repas à la maison, préparé par Francesco : un festin gargantuesque de spécialités Sicilienne !!

Wow: Mehr fällt mir einem beim ersten Anblick nicht ein. Die ganze Anlage ist traumhaft schön, der Blick sowohl zum Ätna als auch nach Catania atemberaubend und alles ist sehr schön gepflegt. Mit unserer großen Gruppe aus zwei Familien mit insgesamt sieben Kindern war diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Das absolute Highlight war der gigantische Infinity-Pool, von dem die Kinder noch immer jeden Tag schwärmen. Ideale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Ätna und dem Osten Siziliens - und es gibt einige tolle Weingüter in der Umgebung!

It was really amazing! The contact was quick and easy and he was waiting for us to arrive so we could go straight into the villa. Everything was so pretty and clean. We were wirh 17 girls and they places a extra bed in a room what was fine. They cleaned up daily and helped us everytime we needed it is even without asking. Also they would recommended where we should go on our stay. On the day we left they let us stay until we had to leave for the airport and enjoy the pool for the last day! In short we loved it all! Thank you for this amazing trip

Schöne Villa in Mitte der Weinberge Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes wann auch ein sehr kleines Bad und jeweils einen eigenen Ausgang zur Terrasse im Süden mit Blick zum Meer Im Haus ist eine Große Küche mit allem erforderlichen Küchengeschirr, leider eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Filter die auch in der Umgebung schwer zu bekommen sind Ein wunderschöner großer Außenpool mit Blick auf das Meer Ein großer Gartengrill ist auch vorhanden Haus allgemein sehr schön

La maison est très bien pour un groupe d'amis! Nous avons passé de merveilleux moment. A savoir, que la maison est située dans les hauteurs donc il fait toujours un peu plus frais que sur la côte! Seul bémol, le chien enfermé dans une cage toute la journée... les aboiements peuvent gêner mais c'est surtout de le savoir enfermé qui nous a embêter. La piscine est très agréable. Chaque chambre à sa petite salle de douche ce qui est très confortable. La vue est incroyable!! La maison se situe dans les vignes, pas de voisinage, vraiment top! Merci!

Had a really great stay here. The villa is lovely and much bigger and better than the photos depict. The outdoor space was amazing, we were glad there were lots of Sun loungers and the umbrella/shade in the grass. The view was stunning, best thing I’ve ever seen for a accommodation views. Host very helpful prior to arrival with all the questions we had. Our flights got cancelled and they were very accommodating to our change of plans. Some suggestions: Could have better photos and a floor plan that really highlights the size of the inside, the kitchen / dinning / living area for example. Worth noting there are people working on site in the vineyards and driveway during your stay. The pool bar could do with an outdoor fridge Overall an amazing stay here so thank you!
