“It was a fantastic place and then staff at the front desk were very helpful. But after 11pm to 8am nobody was at the desk to help, but there was a phone number in case of an emergency problem. I kind of felt unsafe in a place that states 24 hr staff”

“The hotel was clean and updated. The room is perfect for a family having multiple rooms. The pool is right next to the basketball court for easy watching of multiple children. The surrounding area is very beautiful with restaurants and storea all in a walking distance. I will try to stay here anytime I fly down to Sarasota. By far my best exoeriejce.”

“Ci hanno assegnato la 313 che puzzava di cibo cucinato del cliente successivo; abbiamo chiesto cambio camera e ci hanno assegnato la 122 e lo scarico del wc e intasato ( non va via l’acqua) sta diventando un incubo ”

“Premetto che l’hotel e la stanza sono carini e tenuti bene , l’unico appunto è relativo al discorso “angolo cottura” . Ho scelto la stanza con la cucina e mi sono trovata una stanza praticamente identica a quella senza con la differenza di un lavandino e una piastra ad induzione con un fornello. Zero sedie zero tavolino, della serie cucini poco e mangi sul letto oppure in piedi . Non è assolutamente giustificabile la differenza di prezzo per i servizi di questa ipotetica cucina . Abbiamo chiesto...
