“Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.”

“This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. “le finestre non chiudevano bene e c'erano spifferi d'aria non trascurabili. in seguito ad un guasto alle prese elettriche, segnalato in mattinata, non è stata fatta alcuna riparazione e in serata ci è stato proposto di cambiare camera. fatto il check out la sera precedente la partenza, al mattino è stata proposta una nuova fattura da pagare (per errore, l'ennesimo)”
