Detached house of approximately 90 m² on a quiet property, an outbuilding of a farmhouse located 1 hour from Paris via the A6, in a small village of 300 residents, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château Landon,

The €10 fee per guest covers the provision of sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies; I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as you leave the house clean and tidy, as indicated below, thank you

A €60 cleaning fee will be charged if you do not clean the house

The Accommodation
Upstairs, Sleeps 6 people

Bedroom 1 = 1 160-bed + 1 90-bed
Bedroom 2 = 3 90-beds + 1 (baby)

1 shower room, baby bathtub, and changing table, washing machine
(please do not use more beds than the number of guests booked)

First floor = large living area with kitchenette, fridge-freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker
(please bring your own coffee pods), oven, dishwasher (please bring your own dishwasher tablets)

Before you leave, please leave the place clean and tidy, remove the sheets and towels, empty the dishwasher and clear the sink, sweep the floor, take out the trash, and leave the kitchen area clean and dishes put away,
The fee of 10€ per guest covers the provision of sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies, and does not include the cleaning fee, which will be charged at 60€ if you do not clean the property yourself, Thank you for your understanding

Plenty of space for jogging or walking in the park, as well as walks through the village, which features a 13th-century church listed as a historic landmark
Donkey, rams and free-range chickens in the park
the donkey will come to ask you for a carrot
all the animals are friendly and enjoy company; for safety reasons, if you have a pet, please make sure it’s friendly and won’t chase the chickens or the donkey; our dogs roam freely but aren’t in the same area
