“Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as 4 adults and two children. Rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony. We booked to be in next door rooms which was lovely. One of our party was a coeliac and the menu and staff gave food options which went down very well. The pool at the Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a good few hours there. The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. “A beautiful place, delicious breakfast though items were missing like bowls, spoons, milk, beans, sausages. We thought about going to get the milk for them. Disappointingly the steam room was out of order. Sadly, they no longer serve dinner but do offer small plates. The staff are fab, though one very noisy waitress at breakfast bashes things as she clears up. There’s a fire to warm you on chilly evenings. Enjoyed the games on offer with our nightcap.
