Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Very nice resort
Overall we had great 24 hrs stay here with my friends. Staff was helpful, food was great, rooms comfy, pools and sauna very good, outside area for activities excellent.
