Residenz Piccola Italia is located in Tremosine sul Garda, high above the western shore of Lake Garda in the picturesque Alto Garda Nature Park. It is about 6 km from the lake, with the nearest beach approximately 15 km away—ideal for trips to the water. The property features an outdoor pool with a sun deck as well as a separate children’s pool. There is also a pool bar for refreshing drinks, a garden area, and table tennis facilities.
The well-furnished BEL2A vacation apartment on Lake Garda accommodates up to 2 people. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. The living area features a well-equipped kitchenette with dishes, silverware, pots, a stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster (available upon request for a deposit and subject to availability), as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, invites you to relax in comfort and offers a magnificent view of the lake. The apartment features a satellite TV and a safe. Please note that the apartments are accessible only by stairs. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 3 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The Piccola Italia residence is located in Tremosine sul Garda, high above the western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Nature Park, and the center of Pieve is just a 10-minute walk away. The property is situated in a quiet location, about 6 km from the lake shore and a 20-minute drive from Limone sul Garda. The nearest major city, Brescia, is about 70 km away, and the nearest international airports are Milan-Bergamo (150 km) and Verona (95 km).
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Tremosine is located on the western shore of Lake Garda. Tremosine impresses with its stunning panoramic setting, featuring the unique Strada della Forra scenic road and the famous “terrazza del brivido” (Thrill Terrace), a viewing platform high above the lake. Tremosine is the only town on Lake Garda to be named one of Italy’s most beautiful villages (“Borghi più belli d’Italia”): a well-deserved distinction for this expansive area, which consists of 18 hamlets and captivates visitors with its peaceful setting and breathtaking views. Those who prefer a livelier atmosphere will be enchanted by the picturesque and famous village of Limone. A multitude of narrow alleys, shops, souvenir stores, restaurants, and bars invite you to stroll and enjoy the atmosphere. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which are perfect for an extensive shopping spree. A drive around Lake Garda is also always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide all the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include numerous endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
