“The front desk staff was exceptional”

“This was the nastiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. I would have left had it not been late and I hadn't prepaid. I work on the area but live two hours away so I was too exhausted to drive. This property is a mess. It is dirty, needs repairs, unsightly. The room had stained carpet broken and sticky TV remote, torn curtains, lipstick on the washcloths, and the most stained shower floor Ive ever seen. Gross. “I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.”
