Guest bedroom offers full-size bed, plus an extra cot that can be used. The home was a lot bigger than I expected so nicely set up so families could spend time together if they wish. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Many amenities were waiting for us such as coffee, teas, spices, shampoos and the television had many streaming services to enjoy when we weren't out at the parks and springs. Great place to stay!

The house is very clean with many amenities available. It was very cozy with a lot of room. The beds were not comfortable at all. We ended up sleeping on the couch. I did not reach out to the host about the beds because I figured there wasn't much they could do about it. However, the host is very accommodating and has great communication.

Was really pleased with the size of the kitchen and in the bedrooms. I definitely would stay here again. Just that the neighborhood is a little sketchy looking, but I felt safe.

Loved this place! Well decorated, so many little amenities added, great little TV room, nice big bath, outdoor fire pit and picnic table, fully fenced and front gated. Just a great place to stay if you are in the area. Check out the manatee in the 2nd bathroom!

Super pet friendly and just off main routes from Old Town, Fanning Springs, Cross City, and Chiefland Florida. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space in yard to feel private. No neighbors encroaching on your vacation. Very comfortable couches in both living spaces and both beds were perfect. Open floor space allowed for small gathering easily. Didnt get to enjoy the firepit, swing, or picnic table but also had outdoor cornhole and a toss game for additional outdoor play. Would definitely rent again when in town!
