"Firstly let me start with the positive and move on to the negative on arrival the staff could not be more helpful and polite then up to the room very clean and well presented with a massive comfy bed we then went down into the Bistro to enjoy a lovely cooked meal once again with great services I ..."

"excellent hotel, old but charming for that reason, super location, in front of the castle and many restaurants, pubs and shops. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff helpful and efficient. We tried dining at their restaurant and everything was amazing"

"The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain"
