The Gwbert Hotel
"The location, overlooking Cardigan Bay, was outstanding. The staff were helpful. Food was good although I couldn't finish my full British breakfast - too much food! Slept very well with one bedroom window open."

The Black Lion Royal Hotel
"I had been to the Black Lion three years before visiting the area my kin folks left in 1838 to come to Ohio. The accommodations and the meals were great. We went to the Welsh Library in Aberystwyth and hit the mother load of information of our ancestors in Lampter and Betws Bledrws."

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. ..."
