Hotel vicino a Tressenstein - Bad Aussee

“Excellent property with stunning views to a lake (Grundlsee) and the mountains. Helpful, friendly and very welcoming staff. Recommend.”

“Die Hotelgarage ist so eng, dass größere Autos nicht einparken können. Wir wollten um 23:05 einen Drink an der Hotelbar, die bis 24 geöffnet hat, bestellen und wurden abgewiesen. Sehr schön ist der Pool im Dachgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Glastüre zur Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig.”

“Ottimo”

“Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains.”

“konumu çok iyi, odalar güzel ve temiz. P1 den free transfer olanağı var ama resepsiyon buna çok gönüllü değil , özellikle rezervasyon yapmanıza”

“The place is ideal for Hallstatt, it has all you need!!!”

“We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you”

“Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay.”

“Staff was quite prompt replying to messages on whatsapp, and helpful to store our luggages before check-in time. Could have clearer instructions on how go locate the apartment. Generally clean room.”

“Location was great.”

“ห้องพักสะอาด มีที่จอดรถ”

“The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...
